Gudalur Taluk Muslim Orphanage (GTMO) has been emerged as a support and shadow for the orphan childhoods. Even though there is no any permanent sources of income the all kinds of support from the philanthropists has played an eminent role in smooth functioning of the instution.There are about 70 orphans both boys and girls under our guidance. They are not only being provided moral-modern combined education, food, shelter and clothing, but love and affections the basis of emotional and intellectual growth as well as opportunity for vocational training.
Immediate Care & Protection
We always prepare to give immediate care and protection to students those who are fatherless and both fatherless and motherless. From the age group of 6 years to 18 Years.
FIELD OF HIGHER EDUCATION
A number orphans had completed their higher studies under this orphanage in various courses and trades and now a lot of them are pursuing their Post-Matric studies in numerous intuitions in the state and inter- state including religious study, Graduate and post-graduate courses, Teachers Training Course, Poly Diploma, I.T.I. Course & Alim Courses. If we can give a future to a orphan sponsoring his/her higher study expense in above mentioned or any other course that may be a endless bliss for us in this world and hereafter.
WHAT IS OUR ROLE?
All the above mentioned activities are being carried by the contributions as well as other supports of well-wishers like you. We have not received any monetary aids from the governments so far. We have to go ahead with the activities of this cherished mission by the pushing of well-wishers. The orphans pray to the almighty at dawn and dusk for the well-being of the generous personalities, who stretch their hands of help towards them.

The residents of Gudalur and Pandalur taluks are the non- residential Indians of the overseas countries especially in gulf region of the well-wishers of our orphanage are rendering services to our institution. Particularly from Jeddah, Mecca in KSA & UAE Oman & Kuwait.
